Homemade grain-free crumble

You might have already noticed, but I love to sprinkle extra ingredients on top of my food. Mainly as it looks decorative and even more enticing to eat, but it also adds that extra bit of flavour and texture.

Crumble ingredients!

This crumble mixture is perfect to sprinkle on top of fresh fruit and yoghurt in the mornings, smoothies for that extra crunch, baked fruit, steel-cut oats, overnight groats, chia seed puddings and this list goes on.

Process together

It is also a great snack to have on the go!

The dates and vanilla extract provide a natural sweetness to the crumble and help it to stick together.
